POP Solutions, a leading producer of point-of-sale (POS) promotional solutions, has acquired Aliz\u00e9, a prominent specialist of POS materials based in the Li\u00e8ge region. This strategic acquisition aligns with POP Solutions’ ambition to consolidate its portfolio and expand its presence in the POS market across the Benelux region, France, and Germany.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1997, Aliz\u00e9 has earned recognition for its innovative solutions in displays, packaging, and cardboard advertising materials. Thanks to consistent investments in modern and high-performance equipment, the company has distinguished itself through the quality and innovation of its products. This acquisition will integrate the expertise of both companies, enabling them to offer an expanded range of promotional solutions, including the use of new materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the addition of a 4,000 m\u00b2 production site in Belgium and state-of-the-art equipment, POP Solutions will significantly increase its production capacity. Meanwhile, Aliz\u00e9’s clients will continue to enjoy high-quality service under the leadership of Jean-S\u00e9bastien Hambye, who remains at the helm of the company. “The market has evolved considerably over the past three years, and we are excited to join forces with POP, a company that shares our values and vision,” said Jean-S\u00e9bastien Hambye, CEO of Aliz\u00e9. “This partnership offers Aliz\u00e9 a unique opportunity to benefit from the strength of a larger group while maintaining the excellent service we provide to our clients.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
