Its range consists of seven products and four consumables, including the brand-new Fllow device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fllow has been specially designed to ease heavy and painful legs. To launch this innovative product, Paingone wanted two POS solutions: one to present, explain and allow easy testing of the device in stores for customers to experience its benefits themselves, and the other to display and stock the brand&#8217;s entire range of health products at retailers in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. In all, POP designed and produced 254\u00a0demo zones, 190\u00a0branded furniture units and 1,000\u00a0totems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three challenges for pop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Paingone&#8217;s brief posed a triple challenge for POP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The timing:\u00a0all the POS material had to be ready for the launch of the national TV advertising campaign. The material ordered was produced and delivered in four weeks.<\/li><li>The number of products to be promoted: 11\u00a0types of products had to be placed in the branded furniture and there had to be sufficient stock of each product.<\/li><li>The height: the furniture could not be taller than 1.4\u00a0metres.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>POP adopted a responsive and creative approach to overcome these challenges, especially as creativity was very important to Paingone. &#8220;We wanted a creative design for our furniture and demo zones to help them stand out,&#8221; confirms William Delloye, Brand Manager at Distrinnov International, which distributes the Paingone brand.\u00a0&#8220;POP&#8217;s prototype immediately appealed to our retail partners, which enabled us to make rapid progress on the project. What&#8217;s more, being so close to POP&#8217;s site made things easier and really helped ensure the rapid, top-quality production of the materials. A comprehensive multi-material offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metal was the basic structure of both the demo zones and the branded furniture. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popsolutions.be\/en\/category-type\/permanent-en\/\">Metal displays<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0fit with POP&#8217;s preferred circular approach, allowing us to offer our customers\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popsolutions.be\/en\/sustainability-eco-design\/\">permanent POS materials that have little impact on the environment<\/a><\/strong>. Plexiglass was used for the display shelves, while PVC was used for the communication panels. The automatic totems were made of cardboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. A one-stop-shop approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All stages of production \u2013 creation, 3D conversion, prototyping and production \u2013 took place under one roof. POP was also responsible for delivering all the POS materials to the brand, which then sent them on to its retail partners. This\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popsolutions.be\/en\/one-stop-shop\/\">one-stop-shop<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0organisation minimised delays, limited the number of people involved and reduced communication problems. Paingone ultimately appreciated this &#8216;peace of mind&#8217; effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
