Fline XXL : a new generation of prevention containers

Thanks to this new XXL version, Fline now benefits from a turnkey mobile solution that is easier to deploy, offers greater communication opportunities, and ensures optimal protection of its equipment.

When logistics challenges become a driver of innovation

Fline wanted to upgrade its mobile road safety prevention container housing interactive, connected breathalyzer kiosks.

The existing model, developed by POP Solutions from a 10-foot shipping container, featured a structure that could be deployed on three sides. While effective, this configuration presented several limitations. The first involved logistical constraints: as the unit was designed to travel across various European countries, it needed to be robust enough to withstand frequent transportation and installation. The second concerned cost efficiency, as the objective was to improve the container’s interior layout without modifying its core structure. Finally, the client wanted additional space for communication and branding.

A container designed for greater flexibility and visibility

To address these challenges, POP Solutions developed a new XXL version based on a 20-foot container.

Thanks to a single-side deployment system, the structure can be integrated much more easily into all types of events and can be installed either on the perimeter or at the heart of an activation area.

The kiosks are now housed in a secure indoor area protected from the elements, ensuring optimal performance regardless of weather conditions. To create this space, POP Solutions developed a structure combining a steel framework with marine-grade plywood partitions and Dibond panels that can be customized with self-adhesive vinyl graphics, providing strength, durability, and operational flexibility.

A true communication platform, the container façade offers numerous branding possibilities. The kiosk areas and open doors can be customized in the colours of the campaign or advertiser through printed vinyl graphics. The header panel provides additional visibility and can accommodate either a communication banner or a digital screen.

A turnkey solution designed for greater efficiency

Designed for a nationwide roadshow across France, this new container also incorporates several functional improvements:

  • dedicated storage space for straws and electrical extension cords;
  • an optimized collection system for used straws;
  • integrated lighting through spotlights mounted on the roof;
  • a dual-flow air conditioning system designed to protect the electronic components of the kiosks and ensure reliable operation in all weather conditions.

As a true turnkey solution, the container integrates all the equipment required for operation. Deployment has been designed to be quick and intuitive: once the doors are opened and the power supply connected, the unit is immediately ready for use.

Finally, the container has been certified by Normec BTV, a specialist organization in technical inspections and certification.
