Hairdis, a specialist in haircare products, wanted to roll out its new visual identity through the production of bespoke fixtures and the implementation of standardised high-level signage, while ensuring flexibility across its diverse store network. Some locations, such as Westland, Aalst and Westfield (NL), required full equipment (fixtures and signage), while others, including Tournai, Liège Saint-Lambert, Paris Beaugrenelle, Passy Plaza and Grenoble, only needed the high-level signage installed.
The objective? To create a consistent brand image while enabling efficient and scalable installations across a wide variety of store formats.
To meet Hairdis’s needs, we designed and deployed a comprehensive solution combining tailor-made furnitures with standardised high-level signage.
The furnitures were crafted using wood, metal, custom vinyl and neon lighting, blending durability with a modern aesthetic. Based on 3D visuals provided by the client, our teams developed detailed technical drawings, then managed the production, logistics and full installation at the relevant locations. For the high-level signage, we identified a visual consistency issue across store spaces and proposed an innovative solution using tensioned fabric panels.
We handled the design, production and installation for the first three stores, which served as pilot sites for future rollouts.
The tight schedule posed a real challenge: the Westland store was fully fitted in just six weeks, while the other two sites (Aalst and Westfield) were completed in seven to eight weeks. As for the high-level signage alone, it was developed and installed in just 15 days—from concept to production.
By managing the project from start to finish, we enabled Hairdis to confidently delegate the entire process. That’s the Peace of Mind effect from POP Solutions.
Our one-stop-shop approach, from technical planning to on-site implementation, ensured a fast, consistent and scalable deployment—perfectly aligned with the brand’s new visual identity.
