As part of an international rollout, Moët & Chandon entrusted POP Solutions with adapting and implementing its retail guidelines locally for the champagne display.
The challenge was to faithfully translate a premium global concept into a solution fully tailored to the specific constraints of two supermarkets, while ensuring strong visibility, brand consistency and high-quality execution.
The project began with precise on-site measurements, a crucial step to ensure seamless integration into existing shelving with specific technical constraints.
Based on these measurements, POP Solutions developed a fully bespoke in-shelf installation, combining technical expertise, aesthetics and durability.
