Customer need
The client wanted a gift box that was large and strong enough to hold a significant weight.
The challenge here lay in meeting a very tight deadline while having to wait increasingly long times for raw materials to arrive.
Solution(s)
POP received the client’s request via our account manager’s Facebook page at 10 p.m. one Wednesday evening and we submitted our quote at noon the next day, with a blank model and outlines following that afternoon. The client supplied the print files the day after that.
Thanks to our flexibility and the capacity of our cardboard stock, we managed to produce and deliver everything within 15 business days!
