In June 2023, for the second consecutive year, POP Solutions was rated gold by EcoVadis putting us in the top of companies assessed in the ‘furniture manufacturing’ sector.
What’s more, we use the most environmentally friendly materials wherever possible, including adhesives and inks. Our plant is completely FSC-certified. Our wood and metal are renewably sourced.
In 2023, well aware that businesses have a fundamental role to play in tackling current climate challenges, POP wanted to significantly boost its investment in renewable energies. The 1,080 panels now cover 75% of the electricity needs of our Nivelles production unit (metal, cardboard, plexiglass and digital printing).
Day in, day out, POP is fully committed to becoming ever more responsible and working in line with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations for 2030.
Our aims for 2025 are: adapt materials to their life cycle in stores, reduce and recycle production waste, anticipate the end of life of our products and solutions, offer to upcycle old permanent displays, and repair and reuse old POS displays.
